Nikiti Chalkidiki - wedded sardines, risoto sea Food, Greek salad

Materially that needs for 4 individuals.

  • 1/2 kg fresh big sardines
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • lemon
  • 2 red peppers (cut in thin slices)
  • 1 dry onion (cut in thin slices)
  • 1 \ 2 bunch parsley (chopped)

Preparation:
We clean and wash the sardines removing theviscera, the head and central bone. We open him in the middle in filet. We put in olive oil and lemon for 2-3 hours and then we lay him, in a double grill, in a line, from above we lay a line peppers-onion-parsley and from above we cover with a layer sardines. Cook in the coals until browned on each side. The same delicious they become also in the oven. You serve him with lemon and parsley

SEAFOOD RIZOTO
Materially that needs.

  • 1 carrot cut
  • 2 peppers red in rings
  • 1 green pepper in rings
  • 1 small dry onion finely chopped
  • 250 [gr]. prawns cleaned
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (if you do not like his flavour, omit)
  • 1 tsp salt, 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of tzinter fresh grated
  • 250 gr. rice
  • 500 ml water
  • 10 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation:.
Saute in the olive oil the onion for 2
΄-3΄ afterwards we add the carrot and the peppers, after they soften we throw the prawns (if you want you add also mussels) and saute for 3΄-4΄. Afterwards you throw the rice and saute and this for 2΄-3΄, you add the garlic, graded tzintzer, the salt and peper. Put into the water hot we mix and we cover the saucepan and leave to boil in mediocre fire until it dries out, you serve hot, you can him decorate with boiled prawns and chopped parsley
If you like most intense flavours, you can boil the prawns for 5
΄ and add him boiled and cleaned, after you replace the water that will boil the risotto, with the broth that have boiled the prawns.
The dishes are accompanied with villager salad and with tzatziki.

Drink for that the dinner: Local Wine Chalkidiki from Sauvignon Blanc, Roditi and Malagoyzia of property Papagianni or Melissanthi 2008 Ktimatos Porto Karras that is produced by the varieties: Asyrtiko, Athiri
